I might be in the middle of gearing up for Historicon, but that only means #RPGaDay is right around the corner!
#RPGaDay is a celebration of role-playing games across the internet each August. Participants can answer a set a prompts/questions/themes, one for each day in August, and share it via blog, vlog, or social media in general. I've done all eleven years of the activity, although I started year one a bit late.
It's amusing that I had this post prepped on the same day the actual list of prompts comes out!
Looking back, the one-word prompts originated with the 2019 version of #RPGaDay. They can be simpler, but also more convoluted, Reviewing the older one-word prompts, I've had a penchant to reach out to my old players for some assistance, and really, community is what #RPGaDay strives for.I am greatly amusing by the "bottom shelf" randomly generated alternative questions, just in case some of the normal prompts just don't hit home. Still no love for the d12 ....
