26,000 Pre-Painted Troops

 One Frenchman likes his Playmobil and his love of Ancients a bit too much.

As reported in The Mirror, Jean-Michel Leuiller has set up a diorama recreating the 202 BC Battle of Zama using 26,000 Playmobil figures.


 
He's trying to break the Guinness World Record for largest diorama and has already had over 10,000 visitors come to his display.


Of course, I noticed the incorrect emblem on one unit's shields, so that voids the entire attempt. 

Sorry, it's Ancients, not Napoleonics.
