Two Starving Gnolls from Norway have launched a mini-RPG campaign for Lovecraft fans called Pax Cthuliana. It's a "short" campaign, one that starts with introductions and evolves to the epic conclusion in 6+ hours. It will provide stats in a percentile skill-based format, but is not a licensed product through Chaosium.
A $5 pledge gets you the pdf, $26 for the PDF and Print on Demand softcover with free shipping, and $58 will garner the pdf, plus the hardcover version with free shipping.
