Jeff McArthur has recently launched a Kickstarter campaign for Relic Worlds Showdown, a campaign combining Pulp archeology/treasure hunting into a sci-fi universe.
Three things that made me back this Kickstarter (and no, it's not the wonderfully cheesey art above).
Three things that made me back this Kickstarter (and no, it's not the wonderfully cheesey art above).
- It's for Savage Showdown: Despite slowly moving things over to Savage Worlds, Savage Showdown is sufficient for all my Pulp Mini-playing needs. A Savage Worlds book(s) would be way too much information, information I would rarely use.
- Different Factions = More painting: Five separate faction factions in the game means a chance to crack open the tubs of sci-fi stuff I've picked up over the years. The lighter armored Warzone stuff might work out perfectly, the evil big bads I would have to work in.
- It's cheap!: Ten bucks for all the pdfs is a steal! PDFs of all five factions, templates and cheat sheets, monster markers, and discovery cards! All for August delivery!
