(Kickstarter) Burning Down the Goat by Twice Rolled Games

I normally just post quick links to Kickstarter that I like, or simply amuse me.  This one requires a bit more explanation.

First off, a Julbok is a Swedish tradition of a Yuletide straw goat.  I have two that hang out all year long.

Olaf and Sven, hanging with my Avalon Hill games.
The town of Gävle, Sweden is famed for building a massive Julbok built in the town square since 1966.  This annual tradition is also to have only survived through New Years 16 out 58 years, becoming the subject of numerous arsons, vandals, and eaten the ravenous swarms of hungry birds.   Despite heightened security and civil penalties, this remains a problem every year.

And now there's a game that recreates that fun and excitement on both sides.

Burning Down the Goat by Twice Rolled Games  is a multi-player game where one side represents the security forces vowed to protect the Julbok, while the other side of the ne'er do wells planning it's early demise.    PDF files of the game are primarily available, with a limited number of physical copies being produced.
