(Gamma World) Kotter the Otter - Saboteur of Parr #CharacterCreationChallenge

We continue #CharacterCreationChallenge2025 with another Gamma World concept, although the picture is the wrong color:  Kotter the Otter.

Appearance: A magenta colored otter, wearing a ninja costume when conducting demolitions.

Background:   Kotter is a mutant otter, without any humanoid characteristics.  Lucily, otters have great manual dexterity, and as the Ranks of the Fit put him to work, it was discovered that he could clandestinely set-up explosive devices.  The only thing taking away from  his work is the bright magenta fur he was born with.  Early on, the demolitions teachers in Parr secured him an otter-sized ninja costume to hide the colorful fur.
