Despite some issues with #RPGaDay this years, I still got some painting done over the month of August.
First off, was recovery from Historicon. No pictures, but I did go into full maintenance mode, touching up and shellacking the gnomes before sorting and putting them in storage. Want to avoid that? Buy Sikhs. Outside of the bayonets and some rare elbow wear, they get put in the queue, hit with the sealer, and put away nicely.
The first new project complete was a 3-D printed truck from Billy's Toy Box, the vendor with the larger Great War teddy bear figures at Historicon. It does the trick, and will be part of pulp games in the future.
It's definitely not a WW1 truck, more similar to a Mercedes L-3000 with its headlights moved.
In the Painting Queue: Star Wars aliens, Brigade Games... Goblins(?), and the first coats of paint have been applied to the... HAWAIIAN GNOMES!
Project 350: After almost six weeks without tracking it, and finishing up #RPGaDay and my Adventures in Gulluvia Actual Plays, we're at 461 posts (282 drafts / 179 scheduled posts) up from 458 (284 /174). All the stuff I couldn't squeeze into last month is coming up this week, we used up some artwork posts for Gulluvia, and between Pulp, Mouslings, and Death Planet Iota, I'm pretty certain we'll crack 280 drafts by my end of year review at the end of the month.
