Nobquin, Duke of Ferrand, and second cousin twice removed from Cervinal and Nevin and is granted  the Chair over the Council of Nobles in Crosdes.  All nobles swear an oath to Emperor Rurik IV.  There is no coronation.
Nobquin II      1104-1108 (Council Regent)
Nobquin, son of the first Council Regent, assumes his father position upon his death.  Despite the Nobquin Silvershield being closer to the original Silvershields, there is a movement among the nobles to continue the discontinued line.  However, the direct heir would be, Princess Thaisa, daughter of Cervinal (The Dread Lord).  To avoid an immediate crisis with the new Emperor, Thaisa was granted the hereditary title of Duchess of Hydincall, which is usually reserved for the King/Queen of Crosedes.  With discontent among the noble houses with the new Ferasean Empire, and the death of Celeste in 1108, the council of nobles goes against the wishes of Nobquin II (Duke Nobquin III), and proclaims Thaisa’s first son, King Celowin V.  With Empress Fiame II death in 1115, Celowin broke ties with Ras-Prythax
