So, the Hacklopedia of Beasts is out! (hoo-ray!). Now, Kenzer & Co has announced the preorders for the Player's Handbook are open. Best yet, you'll get a pdf copy of the rules before the book even goes to the printers! It will be an alpha-copay with available updates, but at least players will get to work with it early, AND Kenzer is accepting errata submissions, so your $59.95 book has fewer errors within its Leatherette cover.
