These sets look to be additional reward levels you can add to basic pledges for an additional £15 per 5 figure set (approx $24 US).
The update page on the Kickstarter also has a few pics of the development of a Steampunk Tank. As if there aren't enough awesome tanks for Gnome Wars, this one looks like a solid piece of hardware.
No word on pricing or potential availability quite yet.
