This week, with all its Canadian-wildfire-induced hysteria, has provided me with two absolute truth.
- Generalissimo Francisco Franco is STILL DEAD
- I did not get enough votes to get onto the HMGS Board

Thanks to all that might have voted for me. You'll still me floating around the Independence Room at Historicon, running multiple games, just without a brand-new "HMGS Board Member" baseball cap on my head.
Here's hoping the any grandiose notions of the newly elected board are quashed with full disclosure of reality and that their terms are remembered for volunteerism and service, and not personal gain.
