(Gamma World) Ken-Juan Balboni, Mutant Human Esper #CharacterCreationChallenge

Day 24 of the #CharacterCreationChallenge ,  I avoid AI and traditional fantasy art for something even scarier.

My very first thought, like many of you, was "Gamma World Jesus, with a twist."

Appearance: Beard, longer hair, robes, and boots.  

Background: "Gamma Juan" is a legend within the Thunder Swamps.  Born with the innate ability to control plants and animals, known to intelligent animals as a "Primal Presence", Ken has kept himself alive while working with creatures, big and small for harmony, or as much natural harmony the swamp can afford its inhabitants.  He has learned how to use MedKits on all living creatures, cleanses the masses with his metal washbasin, dazzles the lesser lifeforms with his energy cloak, and if all that fails, slices them up with his vibroblade (+18 to hit, 8d6 damage).

If Ken can't keep an advantage with mental mutations, he is not afraid of running away.  He is a mere mortal mutant man who prefers to avoid conflict... until he can't.
