Background: Horshack is another of the silent otters loyal to Parr, without any humanoid characteristics. He is part of the Ranks of the Fit Special Infiltration Team, as his mutations allow him to run and swim and incredible speeds, as well as fly into an area, almost undetected. His sonar, chameleon powers, and telekinesis is usually enough to avoid guards, but he is deadly with knives and his machine pistol, if things truly go bad.
