House sitting over the 4th, before I have a big week, so I carted over some painting supplies and proudly complete the 27th Germans "Die Leinenkugels" with a group action shot.
Technically it was four more riflemen, plus two bier grenadiers, and a nurse! My shopping list is small for Historicon, but I do need to snag my normal Chinese food container full of mdf base, and a few jar of Ruddy Flesh from Howard Hues Paints. Without heavy shading, "regular" flesh paint seems like it good for albino arctic elves, and the supposed middle shade I found is a shade lighter than white.
There's always been some sort of project to distract me from finishing them, but after a decade they're complete! I think these will be the last of the gnomes on one-inch washers, but as I do inventory for Historicon, there will bound to be surprises.

In the Queue: I'm in full Gnome Mode until Historicon, so I'll break out all the figures, touch up paint and bases. Still, I also got some base coating finished on some sci-fi terrain, although my goal is to take my time with them and work on some weathering techniques.
Project 350: General post erosion from 507 (327/180) from 510 (329/181). Gamma World is caught up, I do have eleven Georic Gazetteer entries in the draft queue, but I'd be working on entries for next year. Likewise, I already have most of January 2025's #CharacterCreationChallenge blocked out, with the first nine finished, ready to be published. I'm going to try to finish some minis for next Friday, so I have a final number before #RPGaDay throws off my progress for 31 days.
