New England Mech Con 2026 - September 18-20, 2026 - Falls River, Massachusetts

Another call from my buddy Wooly, another moment where his resurgence in Battletech has started turning him into a world traveler.  

He shocked me that he's travelling to the far reaches of New England just to play Battletech at New England Mech Con 2026, or by it's tagline: "Battletech on a Battleship!"

Yeah, they're going to be running classic Battletech and Alpha Strike, tournaments, painting sessions, and even lectures aboard the USS Massachusetts.  There is a joke that long-time Battletech players might not fit in some rooms or ladders aboard the ship, but it seems like a totally cool experience.
