It appears that Exalted Funeral is the clearing house for the Duck fantasy RPG from New Zealand, that I originally saw on Kickstarter. Considering I think I'm still waiting on the Village of Omlette Kickstarter rewards, getting a copy of the actual rulebook sounds awesome.

I usually don't mention CCG supplies, because it feels like listing each individual polyhedral die in the catalog by size, shape, and color. There are too many gimmicky ones that fly under my radar, or I would focus too much on one particular weird design. But as stores are already chock full of Christmas stuff, it begs the question, where is the Christmas-themed stuff? Many gamers already consider themselves rebels, so buying and using a Santa Claus playmat in March isn't much of a stretch. As I'm writing this post as I review GTM for the first time, I'm hoping there's some last-minute holiday solicitations, because, as some show on HBO once said, winter is coming, and sales still trickle in post-holidays.

Time to add "Rant" to my blog post tabs. The Adventure Books cover "the highlights of the world's most beloved Time Lord's amazing adventures." These sound like just amusing reference, of which I've grabbed a few off clearance from the nearby chain bookstore. At no point in the duplicate descriptions, does Cubicle 7 explain WHY you should buy either book, save one is Classic Who and the second is Modern Who.

Another bad attempt at a rant. Twenty-five bucks for what appears to be seven customized 12-sided dice isn't a bad price nowadays. I've seen 2 and 3 dice games with fancy dice but traditional pip faces go for the same price. That's still a bit mind-boggling.
