SATLOF

Saturday was a relaxing afternoon culminating in our group's Saturday After Thanksgiving Left-Over Feast (SATLOF).  What was once trash-can punch, piles of leftovers, and silly game are now bourbon tastings, charcuterie boards, and discussions of Kickstarters.

The big excitement was the appearance of Nate and his new wife AND the rare appearance of Wooly and Jenny.  Wooly's  last documented SATLOF was 15 years ago, when he played France in Diplomacy.

The food was good, the drinks flowed freely, and there was a healthy discussion on convention organizing, 3-D printing, Kickstarters, records searching on the local county website.

Our only game for the night was Deadwood 1876.  After having a few fruitless encounter with my fellow players, my reverend in the saloon stockpiled my cards, anticipating some end-game shenanigans again.  The players never witnessed my stockpile, as I had accumulated enough gold to win outright.
