In this brave new world I'm living in, it's nice to keep some traditions going, so gamifying my on-again off-again dream journal, and translate them into character points for a GURPS (3rd Edition) version of myself continues! . I've been doing things this way for over 30 years, and the dream version of myself isn't some glorified super-hero...
Essentially the dream version of me has turned into Tom Arnold's character from True Lies (Albert Gibson), but years later, he's been kicked upstairs into management.
Advantages: Charisma +2 (I'm a heckuva guy), Common Sense, Luck, Voice, Light Hangover (50)
Disadvantages: Bloodlust, Near-Sightedness, Gluttony, Stubbornness, Sense of Duty (Friends) (-35), Dependents (Family) Enemy: LDS Cabal
Skills: Skills in bold received points, but not increase. Bold with a (+) indicates and increase in skill. New skills to the list for this year are in bold with (New). Not exactly rocket sciences

Yeah, I haven't slept well in months. I'm still some mid-level management in the intelligence field.
I'm intrigued by the addition of Spear, and to prove I'm playing the slow game, the first time addition to Singing, with this character having voice, seemed like a no-brainer, but singing never came into play until this year. Although with the increase in Carousing, perhaps it's Karaoke?
