James Eisert has a launched a Kickstarter, Moon Base Clavius, a chit-based wargames where its 2035 and the China and the US are fighting for the moon!
$3 for the pdf version, $12 nets you four pdfs of the most recent of Eisert's mico-games, and there is a $49 massive pledge which I believe is everything in their catalog....
