As I started through the massive bag of 146 25mm Star Wars minis from the flea market at Fall-In!, I originally refurbished or touched up a number of finished figures, particularly some Gamorrean Guard. I finally finished up the next wave of Gamorreans, all unpainted at time of purchase.
I did skew from the classic look, more avocado green with some light human flesh highlights like some of the designs, to allow for two small distinct street gangs wandering my Carf table for Fistful of Lead.
Taking the side-by-side photos, I realized that not only did I paint them a lighter shade, but I used a 28 or 30mm base for the new ones. That's something I'll address with their stats in the game somehow.
Star Wars Minis: 77 out of the 146 figures from my flea market purchase are painted or refurbished. More than half!
Next: Some extra terrain or characters for the City of Carf, perhaps a handful (or fistful) of gnomes, just starting the vintage mouslings/verminites
Project 350: Maintaining 468 (293/175) from 468 (292/176) last week is frustrating. Between con prep and the girls moving in less than a month, I should be going through weekends and games while I have the time, but I'm not...
