(Painting) Two More Purple Prussian Lifeguard for Gnome Wars

I'm continuing to clean up, refurb, and finish up miscellaneous figures as they come.

I found two random German Gnome Wars figures, so it was only proper to add them to the Purple Prussian Lifeguard
