After a few months of some new releases in the core product lines stores usually stock, the winter doldrums kick in, and they hope the recent product can stem those long cold nights before the cool stuff starts trickling out in the Spring.
Now, that's not to say there weren't some cool things in this month's issue of Game Trade Magazine, but the majority of it is third-tier stuff that is wildly hit and miss in most stores.
