Certainly a solid upsell to all those who love Lancaster, but hate the Host. Room rates are comparable with the Host and other "in-season" hotels. The prospect of paying for parking presents some new issues, but if people can run games at Origins and GenCon, everyone can come to an amicable arrangement that 49% will still gripe about.
Of course, they also didn't mention the actual dates for the cons... Obviously, there will be more to come.
