(Kickstarter) Blackvale - A Fantastical Pittsburgh Campaign Setting #ZineQuest3

 In the last few days of February's #ZineQuest3, there's still a steady stream of ideas that are just not piquing my interest.

Then there's Blackvale - Fantastical Pittsburgh Campaign Setting.  

From the Kickstarter:

Countless years into the future, the city-state of Blackvale stands in the rubble of what used to be Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Of course trolls are under all of the bridges... and a neighborhood where everyone is welcome, named for St Roger himself. I'm sold.
